The Williamsburg Village Civic Association (WVCA) requests an annual donation from each household in Williamsburg Village.  The annual donations are collected in July of each year. 

The donations are used to pay for the expenses of the Civic Association which include upkeep of the three Neighborhood entrance signs, annual distribution and production of the Neighborhood Directory, the WVCA newsletter, the WVCA web site, the WVCA's membership dues in the Greater Olney Civic Association, and the cost of events sponsored by the association such as the 4^th of July parade and Easter Egg Hunt.
